When I think of seasons 2 Bible verses come to mind.
Ecclesiastes 3:1. To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven.
Genesis 8:22. as long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, winter and summer, and day and night shall not cease to exist.
This December season is a time of remembering, evaluating and planning:
Remembering friends and family old and new; past holidays.
Evaluating how finances faired for the year and year-end giving,
Planning for the year ahead.
As I reflect during this season, I think about the Big Plan and things we can count on when many things seem so uncertain. All that's good comes from above. We can count on that just as we can count on the change of the seasons.
